Daily Food Intake  FREE workout tips              Eating enough to make you full for your daily food intake is not enough for optimum or even good health.     You must look carefully at what you are eating and make sure you get the recommended amounts of proteins, fats, carbs, vitamins and minerals in your diet. Doing so, along with at least a moderate amount of exercise 3-4 times a week will ensure good health. After vegetables come fruits with 2-4 servings per day being recommended.
